ATH Raymon Minor [Virginia Tech - Signed LOI]

Really like this kid to be a solid OLB. If we could get him and Ballage we could have some very scary looking LB's. On a side note, his QB made some really nice throws, anyone know who he is?
Pretty sure if I remember correctly, that Ballage is set on playing RB in college. Although he would be a fantastic running back.

Yes, Ballage wants to play RB. But with our currently depth of young LBs, we could definitely afford to give him a long look at RB and have to option of him moving later.

I find that to be a really low move though. Sure, if he changes his mind and decides to play LB that's something else. But telling him he's going to play RB, then leaving him there for a year and then moving him to LB is the kind of thing I don't want at Nebraska. It's dirty recruiting.

Not at all what I was implying. Give him a shot at RB. If he works out - which he very well could - great. If not offer him a chance to move up the depth chart by moving to LB.
