Coaches’ first classes after taking over can have a lot of turnover and misses. The coaches are trying to fill a class quickly and don’t have the ability to develop relationships and give long evaluations. Frost even had it more challenging with that year being the first class with the early signing period in December. Frost was forced to take chances on talent, and sometimes they don’t end up panning our.
He certainly didn't have alot of time and had much to do and he did admirably. That said, it is what it is and it will affect us to a degree. If we can keep the kids we have been bringing in on campus at a better rate I think we can mitigate that affect though as there is alot of talent.That first recruiting class was while he was pulling double duty, so there's going to be several misses on it.
