I graded out all factors, some separate from this list and had the following in order for offense in 2023. NOTE: there are 4 new head coaches in the West which will make things interesting.

  7. Northwestern 
 
Wow, literally one non-transfer starting QB in the entire division. Coaching changes contributed in a lot of those cases, but still that's pretty crazy. And I do expect a handful of the starters each year to be transfers at this point, but 6 our of 7 is crazy to me.
