For those wondering why they didn't color the 'B' in red, schools are free to apply their school colors to the logo. They are NOT allowed to use multiple school colors however, so for Michigan for instance, it's either maize or it's blue. The B can't be one and the one 1G the other. That was in the Big Ten identity manual.

It won't be blue. It will either be red, or white.

That's what I figured. Every other team has the white logo, too.

Purdue's is black.
