[SIZE=20pt]Bacon-Wrapped Tater Tots With Dipping Sauce:[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]Thick Cut Peppered Bacon[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]Olive Oil[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]Salt & Pepper[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]1 Cup Sour Cream[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]1 Tsp. Hot Sauce[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Slice the potatoes into same size pieces, add to a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, season with salt and cook for 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are almost cooked through.

Drain the potatoes, season with salt and pepper.

Slice bacon into thirds, wrap each potato with a slice of the bacon, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flip the potatoes over and bake for another 15 minutes.

Mix the sour cream and Hot Sauce together and serve in a bowl off to the side to use as a dipping sauce for the bacon-wrapped tater tots.
