I think so. Reports are dwindling a bit, and with a couple of exceptions (Rationalfan), I haven't seen the crap we were experiencing. Walks alone claims he's not going to post because he did a shout-out for Martinez and got contrary opinions - but from what I've seen, anyone who disagrees with walksalone is, in his opinion, posting derp. In other words, he seems to think that opinions contrary to his own should result in the poster being banned.

Agreed..............he needs to relax or it's only a matter of time before he goes off the deep end.

Winning's the cure-all here I think.

I think walks is actually frustrated at being the victim of that. His thread he started about the OC was one that was met with a lot of fair, rational disagreement, which is the discussion he wanted to have. But it was also met with a lot of 'this is derp' posts, which many members are eager to do these days when they think someone's opinions are invalid. Gotta watch out for that.

The irony. Walks was one of the worst there for a while with labeling any contrary opinion by so-called new members as "derp".

He's got to get a handle on the fact that a forum is going to have contrary opinions.
