My fellow Husker brothers and sisters, this thread is to show our support for our undefeated Nebraska Cornhuskers as they get ready to go on the road.
Please, keep this thread going with a show of support for our Huskers. It's Wisconsin week, and this thread is about one thing and one thing only:
Go Huskers! Beat the Badgers!
A few things that come to mind to rally around. First, Wisconsin has been beaten by two other teams this year and barely got by Georgia State earlier in the season. Beat the Badgers!
They have lost two of the last three games they played. Beat the Badgers!
They are missing some key players, they are dinged up too, and are no more healthier than the Huskers. Plus they have a freshman at Quarterback and have scored more than 23 points in a game just twice. Beat the Badgers!
Meanwhile, the Huskers are undefeated, standing tall at 7-0, and have won 10 of their last 11 games including victories over ranked teams and bowl game. That's momentum right there and signifies consistency, poise, toughness and confidence. Beat the Badgers!
And yet, many critics, the media, and Vegas think the Huskers won't win. Really? To me, as a Husker fan and supporter, that is a slap in the face. If I was a player and a coach, I would have a huge chip on my shoulder going into this game. And it would show on each play. It's dissrepecting our team, our coaches, and the team's ability to show that they get it done one way or the other, week after week after week. Beat the Badgers!
So while the REAL Big Red is working hard this week, focusing and going over the details for success, let's get behind the Huskers and show them our support! All week long! GO BIG RED! GO BIG RED! GO BIG RED! Beat the Badgers!
Oh and one more thing. Not only are the Blackshirts playing at a high level too (and that seems to be overlooked by many as well), but we will have the best quarterback on the field leading the way, playing smart and competing with everything he's got. How awesome is that?!! So let's get behind this Warrior, the Blackshirts, our Entire Husker team at ALL positions, and show Our Support as True Huskers Fans!
