Beebe praised as "Savior" of the Big 12

This article made me sick to my stomach.

"He's a communicator, someone who can relate to anyone."
Here is the line that I was drawn to. I bet he was hitting the sauce when this Big 12 thing was in total freefall.

He grew up in Walla Walla, Wash., with an alcoholic father struggling to keep a small printing business going.

Stopped reading it about 3/4's the way down.

This idiot is part of the reason that the Big 12 will be the Little 10. He is nothing more than a moran, except to those kool aid drinkers in Austin.

Why so much animosity? It's as if we all wished we could've stayed in the Big 12, but one guy made that impossible.

Really don't think so. Why can't we just enjoy our last year as part of this we've had so much history in, and then bid adieu next year in a friendly way?

This guy has let Texas do as they pleased and call all the shots, so I've got nothing good to say about him that's for sure. Savior is definitely NOT something I'd refer to him as. Had he not let Texas pull it's sh#t he wouldn't of had to do any "saving".

If I were handing out labels like "savior" I think it should go to the Pac 10 commish for saying No. That's the reason the league is still around at all.
