I got to tell you, I made nachos with Doritos one time because that was all I had.  Might be the best nachos I have ever had.

If you can find jalapeño flavored Fritos scoops, dip them in a french onion dip.

Hard to beat the classic white corn tortilla chip and your favorite salsa. For a change of pace you can use a round yellow tortilla chip.

Backup plan. Plain ruffles with green chili or jalapeño flavored sour cream dip.

Not a fan of doritos chips…..the chip is the vehicle, the dip should be the flavor.

Thai Chili Smoked Salmon Dip

Cream Cheese

Sour Cream (not a lot, just enough to thin it out some)

Smoked Salmon flaked in small pieces.

Thai Sweet Chili sauce (like Mae Ploy)

Chopped green onion

Mix the CC, salmon and sour cream to dip consistency. Should be pinkish color at this point. Add chili sauce and onion to flavor preference. Awesome with crackers.

Brick of cream cheese, nuke it for 60 seconds.  Add in salsa, stir it up and toss some jalapenos on top.

Well, if you want something just off the shelf, you can't beat Ruffles and french onion dip.

If it's a good French onion dip, I'm happy with just about any chip to dip in it. The dip is usually the star, but French onion is one of my favorites

For a quick fix, I love Ruffles with either Top The Tater Taco Fiesta or the OG sour cream dip

For something more involved, Fritos + Hot Chipped Beef dip is elite.  Can only eat it a couple times a year though because it's so freakin thick.
