*****Big Ten 2020 Schedule Released*****

Opening against a team that had 20+ cases this week in a state where you are required to quarantine for 14 days when entering....

I was just thinking...why do I have this feeling Rutgers is going to cancel the season...maybe Maryland too.

Nice, they get to start their season against the Florida Marlins of College Football.
on the bright side that entire team may have antibodies to start the season.

Just canceled my flights for what would have been the Illinois game...

2020 sucks.

The Wisconsin and Minny games are going to be huge for us. Gotta get both of those. Their schedules are ridiculously easy. We gotta be the ones to put a dent in them.

We need to stop thinking that the crappy teams that beat NU are good.  It is more that NU has just been really bad.  This year should be the first year where things start to look better.
I think consensus is Iowa, Minnesota will be top 25 type teams, and Wisconsin, Penn St, and Ohio state have a playoff ceiling. And that is half our schedule right there.

3 10 win teams in a row and then Ohio State.  Terrible timing given where the program is at imo but hey we're going to have a season right?  Still irked by this schedule when you compare them.

Hard to believe that game 1 is literally 4 weeks from today.  Only thing there is just the Rutgers football team has 28 confirmed cases of Coronavirus as of 2 days ago.  Not even sure if that game gets played.

Minnesota and Penn State have major talent opting out.  I really like our chances against Minnesota and Penn State becomes more of a possible win with MP out.  Trying to be realistic, 6-4 should be doable this year with 7-3 or 8-2 possible if the ball bounces our way.

While normally I'd be happy opening up against Rutgers, not this year with the current state of their program shutdown due to COVID and the NJ restrictions. Its a crappy draw as this is most likely game that gets cancelled week 1. If it happens, it should be a good tune-up (if we can call any game of ours a tune-up).

Also, Wisc's schedule is a joke and they catch another break (in the scheduling dept) this year by avoiding Ohio State and Penn State.
