Bo to LSU?

Point was simply that if you could look at Bo Pelini's resume under a different name  --- say Josh McVictory -- you could easily conclude that he would be a big name upgrade over Chinander, and a feather in Scott Frost's cap. Much as we ignored a couple glitches in Bob Diaco's coaching history and blamed Bo's defense on his own DCs.

Meaning we would likely come to the same conclusion as Ed Orgeron, a highly successful head coach with a lot more on the line than you or I;  maybe this Josh McVictory guy wasn't cut out to be a head coach, so let's get him back to what he did best for LSU.

LSU is just the right fit for Bo.  Most of their fans seem super excited to have Bo back.  And they are aware of his time at Nebraska.  Not many places would like Bo as much as LSU does.

The legend of his tirades is growing longer than the legendary length of my Johnson.  

Just like Billy Moos being hammered at local Lincoln bars and passed out on the table and/or hitting on randoms...yet...not one picture or video...

There is more video of Bigfoot than there is of Bo and/or Moos doing this "horrible" things.

Um says who, you?  Again, a respected espn Mlb journalist stated bo and the starlings got into it, initiated by bo.  Again, people whose job it is to know the facts/details laid them all out clearly on rivals.  Excuses, revisionist history, and 2+2=9....ahh the land of make believe one lives in to be a bo supporter.

And those dudes on Rivals (I have partied with SC a few times) guess what...they are not in the business of hiding info...they are in the business of SHARING info...that is their business. 

Guess what gets them more money.

1.  Hiding a story about the Husker coach

2.  Sharing a story about the Husker coach

And I don't care what happens to Bo...if you kidnapped him tonight and killed him I would not care.

I’ve said before, no meltdown, I’d move all support from football until he was gone.  I’ve also stated, not only do I see him as a sub par coach, I also see him as sharing a three way tie for current state of the program with eichorst and Perlman.  I’ve stated specific examples why, with really no direct response to address any of them.  I guess I have a higher character hurdle one has to pass before earning my support and well....bos character is what it is.

It's kinda just the whole discussion. He doesn't work for NU anymore. He's not collecting checks from NU anymore. So someone acting like a jilted ex is just so...

Jesus.  I don’t feel jilted, I don’t have it out for him.  Some of you think he was good for the university and a great DC.  I disagree, obviously.  I’ve backed mine up with verifiable facts.  All ive done is respond to people that continue to make excuses for him, blame someone else, point to a time north of 10 yrs ago, cherry-pick facts.  I mean it is a message board on a topic of bo going to LSU as a dc.  Some of you think he’s a defensive genius, I believe otherwise.  We get to see this thing play out.  However, you want this thread to die quit responding carrying water for the guy, rewriting history while taking an eraser to the last 7-8 yrs.

Whether one believes he's a defensive genius or not, you can't argue with his results from when he was at LSU before.  In his three seasons as DC for LSU, each and every year LSU had a top 5 total defense ranking.  In the last three years, LSU hasn't even had a single top 10 defense ranking.  Bo wasn't a major recruiter when he was at LSU before.  I highly doubt he'll be a major recruiter this go around.  When he had Clownahan recruits, he fielded pretty stiff defenses here at Nebraska.  

If you want to argue that Bo is a poor recruiter, I doubt you get too many arguments.  If you want to argue he isn't a very good head coach, again probably won't get a lot of arguments.  However, it's very difficult to argue that he's not a very good DC when there's plenty of evidence to prove otherwise.
