-someone else’s recruits

-coaching previously underperforming teams 

-athletes that are mostly mid/range that can be motivated by “us versus the world” strategy and enjoy being belittled in front of others 

-little to no interaction with fans unless they are placing him on an unearned pedestal. 
-no expectations by anyone 

-carl is on staff in some capacity.
