Board performance post upgrade

Hey all,

Just FYI the boards performance will be dampened a bit while the index processes are running. A decent chunk of CPU is eaten by this process. One it's done it should be a bit snappier. 

Not sure if anyone really noticed, but thought I would mention it in case it comes up.

 
Actually it's not so much CPU but disk I/O. Processes are waiting for disk for a decent chunk of time, which sort of makes sense since indexing is likely I/O intensive.

Load is back down to ~normal now. Performance should be as good as it can get right now.

Apparently PHP7 affords some substantial performance increases. I'll put it in my "things to investigate" folder for a rainy day or if we need a performance boost for whatever reason.
