I double down on my above statement. I'd fire him. He went in thinking they couldn't win. Im sure that inspires the kids. Y'all are getting paid a lot of money. The kids want to win and Diaco is going in thinking he can't because of the "staring" the staff has created with their inability to compete let alone win.
