Wow...I had a friend that brought his wife to the hospital, she was complaining of pain and nausea...within 24 hours she was gone, really scary stuff.

On the bright side, he got to spend the spring being an on field coach and doing what he loved one last time.

Jesus...sudden as my mom. She passed 4 years ago and hospice lasted less than a day. Prayers to his family. Mike Riley is a saint for keeping him on staff imho.

It's been over 24 hours since that Facebook post was made, though. I'd think we'd hear more from other sources by now? But he did correct himself in the comments and said Elliot is in hospice care, not dead.
