Boldt Named B1G Player of the Week

The guy is fantastic and really developing as a player at Nebraska. can someone remind again regarding the rule about playing college ball and entering the MLB draft. is it that if you don't sign with a MLB team, enroll and play for a college team, than you are not eligible to enter the draft until after your junior year. is this correct or could he declare after his sophmore season? thanks.

I think you have to be in college for a minimum of three years. So essentially a junior or redshirt sophomore.
