I hope Obama faces the same penalty as Bush faced for invading a sovereign nation on trumped-up charges.

You mean the same President Bush who had the approval of Congress to do so ?

As opposed to the President who unilaterally grants himself whatever political expediency fits his current agenda ??

I just like that now the guy is now going to college, while the whole details of his captivity are still sketchy at best...

Not one peep. Is there even an investigation going on? Was one even initiated? Last news blip was that his platoon had not even been contacted.

Looks like Bergdahl will receive about $350k if he is found not guilty of desrtion and was a POW. $200k back salary and $150k for being a POW.

According to CBS the US Army has just completed it's investigation of Bergdahl and a final decision will bedetermined by General Mark Milley.
