If he comes back with any crap, feel free to use the Warning system to give him a vacation. It's bad enough to violate the rules - but if he can't accept them, a little "time out" may help.

With all the queer bashing that goes on here on a daily basis, how can you single me out for justifiably calling someone a "jerk"? I couldn't go any more PG than that and still get the point across.
