Dude I'm tellin ya, he ain't that angree. I was told by his neibhors, swan's man's, uncle's brother that he is just constipated alot. Lets ask him.

 
Virgil was a little miffed at the location of his booth until he learned the location of the Callahan, Cozgrove, and Pederson booth which was next to the restrooms.....It's chili day in the cafeteria today.
