He might have been, although Riley made it seem like he was waiting on a final decision from Chase during the week. Then the announcement was going to come after the completion of the video. Nebraska has made it clear to recruits that if they do not commit now, a month or two later, that spot is likely gone. This recruiting class might be finished by mid season.
