Hard work gives Wright chance to carry family legacy for Huskers

Javin Wright now signed on to be a Husker just like his father, laughs as he thinks of that memory.

"I was doing, like, the ladder when I was four years old," he said. "It was crazy. But I'm just grateful that he is on my side."

He'd be by his side when they'd visit Nebraska to watch a football game last September too. His son would see his dad get tears in his eyes when they'd run into Tom Osborne.  And as they were leaving the stadium, his dad would smile when Javin said, "Man, I like Coach Frost."  "Me too," Toby said.

The decision wasn't made for good, but the heart was being tugged. The possibility of a son playing at the same school his dad had was beginning its road trip from possibility to reality.
