Last month, Hooker announced a top 5 of Ohio St, Michigan, Pittsburgh, West Virginia, and Prnn St. He already took visits to Penn St, Pitt, and Ohio St and wants to take officials to Michigan and West Virginia.

These offers are for DB and WR, so he seems open to play on either side of the ball. Got to think Nebraska's offer is for CB.
