He was mentioned in another thread, and Nexus and speed usually don't make a thread about a recruit until they have been offered. That is probably why there isn't a thread on him yet.

No other service does, so it might be have been just recent and they hadn't gotten to it yet. So you caught Nexus and speed slacking, good for you :thumbs

 
I was trying to find this earlier too, but didn't know how to start one with all of the info that is usually posted. How is it done?

So on USC John Talmon had said today that this is Ricky Thenarse's cousin. Ricky supposedly has been doing his part to steer Raymond to DONU
