this is actually fairly mild. since his committment last night there has been what...20 posts? Only 3-4 of them really all that negative. He'll mix in with all the 3* recruits and probably shine.wow.
just jumped in here because i had nothing better to do.
must say its half disturbing/half f'ing hilarious seeing the workup a high school kid gets out of some of you guys.
i couldnt even keep my meat arrow pointed in the same direction at that age for crying out loud, let alone what i was gonna do for the rest of my life.
It would be a plus to grab another CB in this class, especially since it sounds like CJ may have qualifying issues. I hope this staff has some CB's in mind that they can make a push for.Sucks to lose a kid with his type of talent but it doesn't change what we have at Nebraska. Would have loved to see this kid play with a couple years under Sanders and the Pelinis. He will be a great player wherever he goes....good luck Tevin.
Now on to the next one. We still have a great DB class and we are still in on a couple kids rated just as high as Tevin.
Where did you hear that about Jackson? It would be a plus to grab another CB in this class, especially since it sounds like CJ may have qualifying issues. I think it's a really old rumor that's still spinning around HI..
Some VERY productive players in that list. When you figure out of a class of 25 only 10-15 really contribute, it's sad to see a list like this with 13 or so players and almost all of them are major contributers to their team...some of which like Lewis, B. Gabbert are among the best at their respective positions.Couldnt find a list but here are some notable ones:
Blaine Gabbert-Mizzou
Josh Freeman-KSU
Jonas Gray-Notre Dame
Bryce Givens-Colorado
Dan Hoch-Mizzou
Trevor Robinson-Notre Dame
Shaun Mohler-Colorado
Doug Rippy-Colorado
Tyler Gabbert-Mizzou
Simi Kuli-Oregon State
David Ross-Oregon State
Travis Lewis-Oklahoma (maybe THE biggest loss)
Curtis Cater-TCU
Chris Perry-Miami(FL)
Curtis Carter never made it to TCU, Simi Kuli never made it to Oregon State.Couldnt find a list but here are some notable ones:
