She’s complaining about the party leadership not being accepting of her and others opinions.  
 

That is kind of silly though because Omar could still make her comments, doesn’t mean she is free from pushback.

Her code language isn’t too hard to crack.  When she Tweeted “House Democratic leadership should be ashamed of its relentless, exclusive tone policing of Congresswomen of color.”  I think she actually meant “House Democratic leadership should be ashamed of its relentless, exclusive tone policing of Congresswomen of color.”

Glad to see your coming around on the  stupidity of the whole “censorship” conversation though.
