Chicken Strips:
1 Cup-(8-oz.s) Sour Cream
1/8 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1/8 Tsp. Onion Salt
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper-Opt.
1/8 Tsp. Paprika
1-(12-oz.) Pkg. Potato Chips, Crushed
2 lbs. Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts, Cut Into 1-in. Strips
1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
Salsa, BBQ Sauce, Sweet-and-Sour Sauce, Ranch Dressing
In a shallow bowl, combine Sour Cream and Seasonings.
Place crushed potato chips in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken strips in sour cream mixture, then coat with potato chips. Place in a greased 15x10-in. baking pan. Drizzle with butter.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with Salsa, Sweet-and-Sour Sauce, BBQ Sauce or Ranch Dressing.
***Can use Monterey Jack Tortilla Chips Or BBQ Potato Chips, Crushed Ritz Crackers instead of Potato Chips.
