Every f'ing year...

Happens to every team. Hence, why you need strong depth.
Injuries happen yes but not to your best player every year.

Bring back Frank. Remove the curse.......Every mother clucking year......One of the better secondaries to one, that well, might be less than average....

Next man up. On the bright side this didnt happen in a game which would have more of a psychological effect on the team than it does now. Plenty of time to get his replacement ready to go

I think this hurts us most at the Northwestern game. We're arguably still a year or so away from competing with tOSU and Penn State. The other teams on our schedule don't especially scare me through the air. NW seems like the game this has the most potential to impact.

I agree with that for the most part^

But now Oregon is back to scaring me. Need to be able to trust our corners on islands in a matchup like that, even without Carrington. Herbert/Freeman could have a lot of free space now that Jones won't be locking down 1/3 of the field in that game.

Most importantly though, I am hoping for a full recovery for Jones.

Nebraska has been a year or two away from being anything but average for 15 year's or so per the fanbase.

Yeah... Almost like we had a bunch of nine win season or something. Weird isn't it.
