Is there a reason why I can't click the Mark all as Read on the Mobile version? Every time I click the text bubble it says I do not have permission to use this feature or something like that?

No idea. I tried it in Guest mode and it worked fine. So, it's not tied to member permissions. Can you give it a try and see if you can capture the exact error message?

I can use it on the Main Forum like the Recuriting forum but when I tried to use the read all on the 2017 recruiting sub forum I get the message in the pic.
