So, without sounding like a total bragger, things have been going pretty great, so I decided to join Costco since a new one opened up by me. This is only the second membership I have ever had, the first being part of the Members Only jacket club, when I was gifted a light blue Members Only jacket when I was around 11 years old.
Now, I know what some of you are thinking..."Teach, how can you afford that?" and "Teach, how dare you become a member of a giant greedy corporation that is putting Mom and Pop stores out of business" and "Teach, can you PLEASE teach me how to talk to women, I am super lame when it comes to the females"
I get it, I know some of you are not members and I know some of you don't even live near one and can only dream of people a member of a super exclusive club, but enough about me. I will be sharing some of my thoughts on the things I bought. Think of these as reviews, if you like, because well they are reviews.
First up
The Premade Gyro Kit
Cost: 19 dollars
What it comes with: 6 pitas, lettuce, chopped up cucumbers, tomatoes, two containers of Tzatziki sauce and a container of blue cheese crumbles. And of course the delicious gyro meat.
Review: Totally worth it, easily makes 6 gyros but you can probably stretch it even more. You have 3-4 days to eat them, give or take and you will have left over Tzatziki sauce, which is a plus.
Score: Considering this comes to about 3.50 cents per gyro and it is really good, this is a no-brainer purchase.
4/4 thumbs up.
