Create an Expansion Talk subforum?

I think this is a good move, at least until we actually move, or it turns out we definitely will not. As Mike suggested, it could be another subforum under Husker Football a la Rumorville.

Since everything regarding expansion talk up until this point is pure speculation, the topics should go in rumorville, IMO. I suppose another subforum wouldn't hurt anyone.
