Oh my god, don't get me started!!!

I have some big connections at a school I would really like to teach/coach at and it seems like the fact that I do have those connections and that I did coach there for a few years, actually hurts my chances of getting hired there.

It probably doesn't help that I can hardly read or write.  But still...
