Dana Holgorsen Hired as Offensive Coordinator

We probably get a couple more wins this season if he was our offensive coordinator for all the season, but I'd like to see how we do against Iowa first before we throw an insane amount of money at him.
If you are right and it was A couple of more wins, that would put the team already at 8 wins going into the Iowa game with momentum going for a 9th win with a true freshmen QB.  I’d say that constitutes paying your OC really well.

Yeah, in just weeks hes taken an offense that couldnt do ANYTHING and put them in position to win.  He just put together probably the most dominant O Line performance we’ve seen in a decade.

Let’s wait for him to adapt to an offense he didn’t set up with players he didn’t pick.

Rhule and the administration need to get this deal done. 3 weeks on the job and most points scored in a game all year. 30 more points than we have been averaging vs big10 competition.

I listened to his press conference and he just has a great view on things. It sounds like their playbook was too complicated and all over the place. He simplified things for the kids so they can just go play ball and look what happened. Sounds like satt had kids moving all over in different positions and he kept it simple so the players were not thinking just reacting. Pay the dude HC $$. Cheaper than a Rhule buyout if he hires another loser OC

Reminder, Dana will make his 4.5 million next year no matter what we pay him.  So, Money isn't going to be the deciding factor.

We pay him a million, Houston will pay him 3.5 million. so on and so forth.
About time someone splits the bill for a coach that currently works for us.
