Hey, I'm REALLY impressed by the job Ubben is doing.

He is very talented though, after living in Austin for a while and seeing him play during his high school days he has alot of potential to be very good. Having a good team around you never hurts though.

The way some of the media members crank out crap it's hard to know who's joking.

I have no idea if he is the best or will be the best, but when Texas rolls into town on the 16th of October, we will see a very good QB for Texas.

The kid played scared the first quarter he was in against a defense that was just as good if not better than ours last year. He made rookie mistakes, but started to put it together as the game went on. He adapted to the speed very quickly. That game no matter it being a loss, had to give him confidence and the coaches confidence in his ability.

I was very impressed in how he handled the situation and how he played. My guess is he will be the reason Texas wins or loses against us. He has talent and Mack will have time to game plan around his strengths and shortfalls, and my guess is that we see very few of his shortfalls come October.
