Can we seriously get out of the habit of insulting recruits? Is there anything good that can possibly come out of it? We do not need anything that works against us. Yeah we're a passionate fan base, yeah it's disappointing if people don't sign with us, or make choices we don't understand. Don't vocalize it is such a vitriolic way. Talk about your own reaction not a characteristic that the recruit has.
So say "I don't understand this" Instead of "what an idiot".
