I think that's pretty fair, though to get where we want to go we need much better players. Mick's leadership and how he represented the university are to be highly commended. He's played a vital part in transitioning this program off the field, and that contribution will be felt after he's gone. His on the field performance just never materialized.

What worries me in Banks video is when he does make a play he doesn't really make a play. He'll shed a block, make a tackle, but the runner still gets 5 yards. There is very little impact to his play. There are a number of guys in our class, along both lines, where I wouldn't say that, so he ranks quite a bit below others for me.
This kid is a man in HS, can't wait to see what happens in a year or 2 in our weight program.

I watched some of his film and agree with you, but appears to have a good motor.  He is also lean with a good frame.  He is not going to play next year, but give him a year or 2 in the weight room and I that will change.

Says he will start on defense and possibly go to the OL depending on how is body develops. Chose Nebraska because of the honest coaching staff, didn't care about the facilities etc.

For what he is, a raw prospect with a big frame...not a guy you're counting on....I'm fine with the pick. If Robinson signs, even moreso.

I think he will be a good addition... but all I see in his future his OT. I could be wrong but this kid seems like he will need a lot of work to be a DE.

Like the versatility of this one.  Always nice to get someone with that size and ability to play multiple positions.
