Do you think he will?  I admit that I was 100% dead wrong about him as a CFB coach, he's been terrific.  He's got a good gig at ASU.  Great weather, relatively low pressure stakes, fertile home state for recruiting and a supportive AD.  Shoot, Herm is 65 now and even though he's in phenomenal shape, the NFL is such a grind and Herm has done pretty well for himself financially.  I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him at ASU for the duration of Jayden Daniels' career and then riding off into the sunset.

That's a big thing because he hasn't even started locking down the state yet. Asu and u of a do a terrible job keeping recruits in state if herm can keep them home asu could dominate the pac12 south. 

 
I don't think there is any way that he leaves for the NFL. He has said repeatedly that he wants to grow the ASU program and intends on it being his last coaching job. I wasn't a fan of the hire but I have to admit that I'm pleased with what he's done so far.
