Franklin's leaving of Vandy was a bit odd. Urban's move to OSU was a little sketch as well.

I understand Penn State but did not realize he had a sustained relationship with Georgia.

If it wasn’t for the OSU self reported violations he would be committed there already imo

As I understand it Parsons can still commit to OSU but they can't actively recruit him.  Unless I read the article wrong.

He can't sign there. They have ruled him ineligible and won't accept his commitment.
