To be honest... the spots have to be filled. Can't leave them open. Will be interesting to see what happens.

 
Is there a reason behind this? His best friend plays here and we desperately need D-Line help and we can't even make his top 5 after being a leader during the regular season? Not trying to hate but it just doesn't add up.

He's drawing parallels between Nebraska's class, after whiffing on prospects like McDaniel, and the kind of player Riley recruited at Oregon State. How is that derailing the thread?

As for McDaniel, I think the consensus was that he liked Nebraska, but very few thought he'd end up here.

Sorry, that's not the way I took it along with several other members. It seems like an opportunity was taken to bag on the coaching staff again and frankly I'm sick of listening to it in every thread.

Whats the story with this kid? 247 has had forever to update his profile, so I assume they have. If that is the case why are we still listed in even completion with other schools for this kid?

I though we quit recruiting this guy but it shows Trent Bray recruiting him still.

Anyone know what is going on here?

 
No Crystal Ball picks for several months. So nobody seems to know.

However, it doesn't appear that he's taken any official visits. Which about has to mean he hasn't qualified yet.

 
would love to keep tabs on him though and see if he can qualify late. You would think with Barry having had some academic issues this kid would've recognized that and made sure he could qualify. Guess not.
