From what I read, I'd say he is about 75%.

You have to remember that his Dad played with Diaco at Iowa. He really likes Colorado State and Washington State. Hopefully he fulfills his commitment after his visit on the 15th. Obviously was a pretty good find by Diaco, the new 4th star confirms it, I suppose.

I would say pretty solid.  He said before Frost was announced that he really wanted Frost to be hired and hasn't given any indication of wavering.
