Decked has been banned by me for calling the players "Spineless pieces of sh#t" in the gameday thread against Minny. Given his past warnings I banned him and I'm requesting an IP ban. Absolutely will not stand for that and we've all said that.

We've let similar stuff slide on Gameday...people get angry. I agree this is suspension worthy but if he comes back with an appeal I'd be OK with that too. He's largely been a good member in the community. A ban like this won't stop people from letting out the occasional angry vent in a gameday thread - that's just unavoidable, sometimes even from our good members.

Don't agree Zoogs, look at his warn history, he's had plenty of chances.

I'm about 99% sure Decked is one of those high school kids we banned a couple of years ago, anyway. I've been waiting for him to hang himself for a while.

I don't like anyone calling players themselves names......their play is one thing, but the person is no good.

I think ETR is talking about calling specific players names. I'll hold off until we get ETR's confirmation one way or the other.

Decked has followed me on Twitter for the express purpose of bugging me about whether we've made a final decision on his ban yet.

So is this permanent or does he get to come back?

Given ETR's statement, I believe the idea is to stop name-calling of players by name. So, let's let him back on - my bet is he'll hang himself later anyway.

I disagree with letting him come back due to the amount of warnings and such that he's had, but I agree he'll probably hang himself again.

Decked is bugging me on Twitter again, the twit. I'm lifting the ban per Frank and Eric, but with Trevor I'll be keeping an eye on him.

I'm also going to send him a stern warning that there are no more "next times."

EDIT - I told him, via Twitter, that he has been unbanned. And he favorited the tweet.
