Inter-party procedure bores me. I care about this about as much as I care about the GOP procedurally disposing of their Ron Paul problem.

yeah, I watched about 5 seconds of this video and thought what the heck. How can that be how a vote of real significance is conducted? "Let's have everyone shout and we'll ehhhhh, we'll guesstimate. Yeah that sounds like it's more than 2/3."
