Posted two topics trying to relate PSU situation to 1995 NU situation. Obviously was just trying to get a rise out of fans. I moved the topics and increased his warning level.

Edit: On second check, he just signed up today and posted those two topics so it clearly looks like he's just here to start trouble so I suspended his posting ability indefinitely.
