This is most certainly the comments and mindset of an innocent man that expects to hear today that, as he has been saying for a couple weeks that he's "TOTALLY EXONERATED"

Here are a few zingers since Barr's initial "summary":  (Barr's summary came out on the 24th of March.  See if you can tell the day/week that Trump and his team started getting briefing on the contents of the full report.  He is a simple, simple man.

That is what I was referring to.  But there is a big difference between Trumps saying "I may do something" and the WH announcing a press conference.

I'd like one D to admit there was a problem with Mueller assembling a team of Ds to investigate the opposing President shortly after his friend was fired (and Trump himself turning down Mueller for a top job).   

  

And the bag of Ds found NOTHING.

That is certainly Trump's version of the matter.

But the fact that perhaps Mueller is an apolitical lifelong Republican and those who comprised his team were selected not with regard for their partisan leanings but their expertise at their jobs. In fact, any time anyone working on that team (Think Strzok or Page or even McCabe, who was merely at the FBI) even gave the apperance of bias, they were summarily dismissed to maintain objectivity.

I realize the fact that this was an objective, non-partisan investigation full of competent professionals and not a deep-state coup is inconvenient for the president and his men.

Curious, too, that you know what's actually in the report. Unless you're just taking Trump's word for it at face value, which I wouldn't recommend - he's not a very trustworthy source, honestly.

Also, for those who didn't know, this isn't the first time Barr has used his position as AG to protect the president who appointed him.

He did it for H.W. Bush with Iran-Contra, too.

It appears the guy has a bit of a history of being a lackey who puts his party first.

If they had actually found NOTHING the full report minus grand jury information would have been released to the congressional judicial committees 10 days ago and we wouldn't be having this dog and pony show this morning.
