If he doesnt get accepted into the school he choses it would look pretty bad, and then he would have to go and chose someone else... so im sure hes waiting to be enrolled officially before making it public. Hooks did the same thing.

If some admissions person is holding this up because the office is closed I'd be surprised. I'm certain Bo and the admissions personnel are all talking. Salaries are paid and sometimes the pay requires a person to work longer then normal hours. My guess is, this would be one of those times.
