We actually offered back in May.  So I adjusted the offers in the OP to what he had at that time.

Since then he's picked up offers from Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, Northwestern, Kentucky, Florida State, Minnesota, Kansas, Wisconsin and Iowa.

 
Nebraska, Florida State, Georgia and Texas A&M seem to be at the top of his list.  He'd like to visit those schools and make a decision in time to announce on his birthday which is August 13.

Did just get an offer from Ohio State (since that interview) so they could be in the picture as well.
