Embedding tweets at HuskerBoard

I kept meaning to ask if there was a way we could do this. We have this ability on another board and it makes things way easier.

Without seeing the files, I'm going to guess that we can probably do it. But...there are two ways to implement it.
1. You have to buy the IPS Tools package for the included Nexus add-on. Prices for that start at $175 (I can't find exact pricing or how high and under what conditions the price is set). Once you install it, you make a change to a file - no problem there. This is the version that allow you to imbed in posts.
2. Make it part of the Advertisment customization. The BIG drawback on this is that the Add system (for our version of the software, anyway) is actually a way to embed adds in headers, footers, or in between posts - but not in posts themsevles. I'm guessing that isn't what anyone wants.
Given that our version of the software is not supported, I'd be hesitant to go to the trouble of creating an account to download the package, buying the IPS Tools package, and installing it - just to learn that it won't work. But, that's not my call. You might want to PM Eric and see if he and Chad want to consider it. Again, there's no way to tell if it will work, apparently, without committing to the Tools package first - in my experience, folks who code for a particular software version aren't keen on testing it on other versions (particuarly older versions) to let you know.
