Embedding Tweets

Maybe I don't have the right credentials, but we I try to download that I get a message that I need a IPS client account. I thought I had that via one of the emails that was going around this week... the joe@practicesports.com one doesn't seem to work.. Anyone know?

That's odd - that should be the one, or I believe that's what slacker said when we ugpraded the board. He said it's the only one where he can download the IPS suite from. If that doesn't work for these community mods, I don't know what would.

Huh, the ID works in the "Client Area", but not in the communities it seems. I'll see if I can figure it out.

Dave, looks like there are two versions of the account. When I tried logging in at the download page, it tells me the password is incorrect - but it doesn't seem to choke at the username (the "joe" account). So, I'm guessing that there are two versions of the "joe" account, each with a different password. I think only Joe (slacker) would have the second account info.

I conversed with slacker over email. I submitted a support request asking for guidance. I'd bet I could write an add-on to get it done but I'd rather just use someone elses

With slackers help I got access to the marketplace.. I'll be toying with this maybe tonight or tomorrow. I'll let you know what I find,

Works pretty well. You may need to refresh the page after you edit a post with a tweet in it.

The media tag works with any link that has twitter.com in it and the word status or statuses.

It's implemented in the media tag area of admincp.

Please let me know if you see any issues and happy embedding!
