Embedding Tweets

BINGO! Think that got it. If someone would post a "mobile" tweet to test it as well, that would help. By the way, I found that in IE 11, if you post the URL using the WYSIWYG setting, none of it works. You have to turn off formatting for either to work under IE 11.

Turns out that was the issue; I changed my XML files back to replace https://mobile.twitter.com/rest_of_URL to https://twitter.com/rest_of_URL.

Yep, that did it.

One note - and I don't care either way. DaveH had changed something in there so that it re-posted the actual URL link below the embedded tweet. I think the reasoning was so that if whatever device they were using wouldn't load the tweet, the user would still have the link that they could go to.

Hmmm...I'll have to dig deeper to see what Dave did for that.

Okay, should now show the URL below the "mobile" tweet. That Dave's a tricky guy; he added a line to the XML output that grabbed the modified URL and posted it just below.

**BUMP**

GSG mentioned in a status update that there are problems embedding Tweets. On my machine they appear in the post as a link rather than loading like they did yesterday.
