He had a few good games.  Social media is taking this pretty hard from what I've seen.

I sincerely wish him well, but I doubt this is going to keep Holgorsen up late at night.  We will have better speed and explosiveness on the roster next year.

Can we hear from Satterfield?  
 

if true, Satterfield should be gone.  He should have already but this is too much.

I’d like to hear both sides.  But EJ is way more valuable than Satterfield.  And if this is the true nature of Satterfield just be done with him.  What are we doing with Satterfield and Foley still here bringing the program down.

Didn't watch Dittman's video, but I think Carriker started it and he latched on as usual. Carriker was going to have a guest on his show who backed out, but I think it's pretty obviously Emmett's brother.

And yeah - when there was no downside to Satt sticking around, I didn't mind it. Having guys with P4 coordinator and lower level HC experience is nice, even if they weren't great in those roles. As a fan I don't think keeping Satt is worth a losing a good player, especially one as likable as Emmett. So if it were me I'd move on from Satt if it meant Emmett stayed. But it might be too late anyway, and the coaches might actually feel Satt brings more to the table than Emmett if it comes down to one or the other.

For those curious, this guy is alleging that:

• EJ was RB1 in spring of '23, and in fall camp of '23

• Satt came into the RB meeting before week 1and decided they were going to go with Gabe because "he has game experience"

• EJ was back to RB1 in spring of '24 and fall of '24 w/ everyone thinking he was by far the best back

• Satt comes in again before week 1 and makes an executive choice that Dowdell is gonna be the starter

• Holgerson comes in and says, "why is #21 not starting?"

• Satt comes in drunk after being demoted and says, "I can tell you now..I f#&%ing hate you" to EJ

• Holgerson is actively trying to get EJ back, and is the only coach that he feels he can trust at all and the only one he likes

This all comes from some 'direct' source close to EJ, who haven't provided a 'why' for all these claims, but that's the accusation.
