Eric Crouch on ESPN nightly

I turned on local radio last night (sat. Jan 3) and was listening to ESPN radio...football nightly.... approx. 11:30 pm and Crouch was the host, along with a lady. She is the "main" host, but Crouch was with her, and she said join them both tonight for another 4 hours of NFL talk. When did he land that gig?

You mean he didn't quit before the show started?

he was a "guest host" that night, he did pretty good and seemed knowledgeable. He has hosted Unsportsmanlike Conduct as a fill-in. I think he has a pretty solid future in broadcasting at least talk radio, I dont know about calling games though

He sucked when he did his gig on KETV 7 a few years back.

Didn't she introduce him as "former Husker Heisman Eric Crouch" and then he said something along the lines of "I never understood why it's "former", If you win it doesn't it last forever?" If so, I think I caught the same show.
